Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to manage and grow sales within an assigned region. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting our full range of forklifts, equipment, and service solutions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, consultative, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market share in the assigned territory
  • Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events
  • Promote the sale of new and used forklifts, parts, service contracts, and fleet management solutions
  • Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their operations and offering tailored solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams (service, parts, and operations) to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Track all sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM software
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Stay current on industry trends, equipment technology, and competitor offerings

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial, construction, or material handling equipment
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory regularly
  • Valid driver’s license required
