Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team. This entry-level position is responsible for handling shipping and receiving tasks, maintaining van and branch inventory, picking orders, delivering parts, and supporting preventive maintenance (PM) parts operations.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team. This entry-level position is responsible for handling shipping and receiving tasks, maintaining van and branch inventory, picking orders, delivering parts, and supporting preventive maintenance (PM) parts operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Shipping & Receiving:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and inspect for damage.
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain shipping and receiving logs and documentation.
- Communicate With technicians when Parts arrive
- Monitor and manage inventory levels in the warehouse and company van.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits.
- Ensure proper labeling and organization of parts and materials.
- Pick and stage parts and materials for customer orders and internal use.
- Coordinate with service and sales teams to ensure timely order processing.
- Track and Communicate Daily the Back Ordered Parts Status
- Safely deliver parts and materials to customer sites and other branches.
- Maintain delivery logs and ensure customer satisfaction during drop-offs.
- Assist in organizing and preparing PM parts kits.
- Track usage and replenish PM inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with unloading/loading trucks and general warehouse upkeep.
- Support other warehouse and branch operations as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience a plus).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Occasional travel for deliveries and branch support.
