Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team. This entry-level position is responsible for handling shipping and receiving tasks, maintaining van and branch inventory, picking orders, delivering parts, and supporting preventive maintenance (PM) parts operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Shipping & Receiving:
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and inspect for damage.
  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain shipping and receiving logs and documentation.
  • Communicate With technicians when Parts arrive
Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels in the warehouse and company van.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits.
  • Ensure proper labeling and organization of parts and materials.
Order Fulfillment:
  • Pick and stage parts and materials for customer orders and internal use.
  • Coordinate with service and sales teams to ensure timely order processing.
  • Track and Communicate Daily the Back Ordered Parts Status
Parts Delivery:
  • Safely deliver parts and materials to customer sites and other branches.
  • Maintain delivery logs and ensure customer satisfaction during drop-offs.
Preventive Maintenance (PM) Support:
  • Assist in organizing and preparing PM parts kits.
  • Track usage and replenish PM inventory as needed.
General Warehouse Duties:
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist with unloading/loading trucks and general warehouse upkeep.
  • Support other warehouse and branch operations as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience a plus).
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced warehouse setting.
  • Occasional travel for deliveries and branch support.
